CCMI aims to bring the world's finest musicians to Charleston to celebrate chamber music and solo performance. Its faculty artists are committed to mentoring the next generation of concert artists. The beauty and culture of Charleston are an inspiring environment for our intensive week of music making.
CCMI is hosted by the College of Charleston in historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Participants enjoy use of the College's beautiful practice facilities, performance venues, and housing.
Tuition and Housing
Tuition to CCMI is $775 per participant.
Housing is $52/night per participant for single rooms, $45/night per participant for double rooms. Participants with local housing available are not required to stay in CCMI housing. Limited scholarship is available on the basis of merit.
We are so pleased to present the third edition of CCMI in July of 2020. As colleagues, we have enjoyed making music together - both in chamber music, and also in concerto performance - and our shared musical values are at the core of CCMI: our commitment to excellence, to approaching music as artists connected with the traditions passed down to us, and as musicians excited to help foster the very best in the next generation of professional musicians.
We’d love to hear from you!
